The brief: A suite of organisational-wide interventions focussing on conflict resolution and team development.
Our response: Design, delivery and analysis of staff attitude survey with focus groups leading to interventions including – a programme of individual and team coaching for Senior Managers; a series of group coaching for middle managers; specific conflict resolution and mediation and interactive theatre workshops for all staff focussing on effecting good communication.
Outcome: Anecdotal evidence so far suggests interventions are impacting significantly on effective communication; better joined-up information sharing; improved leadership; team working and reduced conflict.
