Focus: Leadership Development
The brief: To design an interactive leadership development for Ambulance Operations Managers focused on transformational and transactional leadership and managing conflict.
Our response: A series of interactive team development days using improvisation sessions, learning sets and a 30 minute play designed to highlight transformational leadership and its place in the Service and how best to manage conflict.
Outcome: An insightful approach to leadership development providing new AOM’s with an opportunity to witness the impact of their behaviour on the Service, thereby successfully supporting the change of focus from pure transactional management to transformational leadership.
