The brief: To design a programme of coaching for Associate Directors focused on delivering your message using the concept of Leadership Presence.

Our response: A series of interactive team and individual coaching sessions using the principles and techniques of improvisation to develop and improve their ability to live principle-centred leadership.

Outcome: A more confident group for senior managers able to connect authentically with the thoughts and feelings of others in order to motivate and inspire and lead the Trust through a period of considerable change and uncertainty.
