The brief: To design a creative and innovative programme of learning focused on addressing responsibilities of leadership in relation to managing equality and diversity.

Our response: A 30 minute play focused on management responsibilities for diversity - how to effectively manage workplace diversity issues and address the understanding of the benefits of supported employment opportunities.

Outcome: Increased team synergy and better knowledge, skills and confidence in challenge discriminatory behaviour in the workplace. An in-depth understanding of the legislative framework around equality and diversity, and the implications for failing to operate within it.
